The V-shaped PCBN insert has high wear resistance with an exquisite and small head, which makes it can withstand greater cutting forces. Vacuum welding has now been  used to replace the original high-frequency welding, and the overall welding replaces the original single-sided welding. Moreover, the advanced processing technology improves the bonding strength between the cutter head and the cutter body, so it can not only help avoid the processing problems caused by the delamination of the CBN layer and extend the tool life.
